Booking
Appointments are made via Timma or by contacting the salon directly. Agreements made through Timma are also subject to Timma’s terms, alongside practical arrangements with the groomer. For cancellations or changes, follow Timma’s instructions or contact us.
Health and safety
Your dog should be healthy and safe to handle. We may stop or adapt a session if your dog’s or the groomer’s safety is at risk. See the Services page for surcharges and coat assessment.
